I looked at other messages but couldn't find the right answer so am creating my own thread. I got the following email for so many times for all the workspaces I am managing in my organization:
We’ve paused scheduled refresh for Report Usage Metrics Model in 3. Dept - Finance workspace due to inactivity.
No one has viewed dashboards or reports built using this dataset for two months. To resume it, just visit a report or dashboard built using this dataset or manually refresh the dataset using the Refresh Now option.
The problem is that I don't have a dataset called Report Usage Metrics Model. It is not even related to the workspace mentioned there. I get the same email over and over again for all workspaces. This wasn't the case for the last 1+ years and it all started to happen a month ago suddenly. I have no idea what that dataset is because clicking on the link in the email doesn't take me anywhere.
I am also wondering if there is a bug causing the email to say "Report Usage Metrics Model" all the time instead of actual datasets that actually have issues. Please someone help, thanks.
Hi @Anonymous,
It sounds like an issue appears on the usage metrics feature of your dataset, have you enable any usage metrics feature on your dashboard/report contents?
