Hoping that it is email subscription.
Befor can you please re-check and confirm the schedule refresh timezone in Dataset settings.
If the Dataset Schedule Refresh time zone and email subscription time zone is different, I would like to suggest you to create a support ticket to investigate the issue.
Note:- As i know that there was few issues is going on with "Email Subscriptions".
