"Download this file" button not showing

Hi all

I need to make some changes to a report that has been published to Power BI Service, however, the "download this file" button is not showing:

My permissions are "Member (Owner)" and I have a pro licence. The platform licence is Shared Capacity.

There are 8 scheduled daily refreshes for the report (not sure if this information is useful but thought I'd add it anyway.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @mwrdm ,

Please make sure you are at least a Contributor to the workspace where the report is located and your administrator has not disable the download feature --> "Export data" option under Admin Portal.

Best Regards,

Jay

Thanks for the response Hari. I have gone through the article you linked and believe I meet all criteria, and so does the report itself... Another user is able to download it without issue, but that person is the owner of the dataset which is the only difference I can see between us so perhaps that's it. I'll report back if that makes a difference.
