I published my first App today and let my users know that its available

However they are getting the error

Tile didn't load (the Dashboard Tile Didn't load in Time)

Im getting in fine. I dont want them to give up on it so I wonder if there is anything I can do my side?

Have you configured any RLS on your dataset? How long can your members load the tile?
