problem with autorization in d365 for finance and operation

Hello 

I activated power bi in dynamics365 for finance and operation, everything works properly with the admin account, all permissions work but as soon as I use another account I have this error message that appears:

PowerBINotAuthorizedException

and I do not know how to solve this problem!!!

I'm trying to display "manage credit and customer collection" report

Hi @SLI ,

There may be a wrong /unauthorize group ID , and you may refer to the article: Troubleshoot your embedded application.

If you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support , Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET", or go to Issue forum  to get further help.
