pricing

Simple question need a simple answer:

I Need to create a few reports and dashboards for about 20 users to access the dashboards.

The pricing says its $9.99 a month,  then it talk about other subscriptions and tenants and other pricing.

So bottom line, is what will the pricing be for the requirements above  thanks

@LCAD_BI 21 licenses at 9.99/mo - 209.79/month or 2,517.48/yr.

This isn't meant to make fun, essentially all the users need a Pro license to share/consume shared content. There are new licenses, but your use case is pretty easy and just requires Pro for all.

could this not also be accomplished by a single premium user creating content and sharing wia iframe (potentially on an intranet or website)?

@cchaynes

Based on the question, embedding wasn't something I immediately jumped to, because it steps outside the bounds of the normal Desktop/Service scenario in which that vast majority of questions and users land.

When pricing is released for Premium embedded, that could be an option to compare against, but would require additional knowledge in building an app, and embedding it, but could be a viable option. This would still require a Pro license for the author.

I have sent several emails to Justin Tillman with no reply or acknowledgement.

It seems the pricing calculator on this page always adds a node for having a PowerBI server in house:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/calculator/

But this seems counter intuitive.  If I want to use Hosted Azure for my DB and PowerBI for my analytics, it should all be hosted by MSFT.  It seems I can only have PowerBI premium when I have to use Azure in conjunction with the service?

I will have 5 Pro users/report writers and the rest of the users will just consume the data from the pre-built report.

Can someone help with Pricing as MSFT isnt responding.

Thanks.
