powerbi trial without tenant ==> to operational license and enviroment..how,when,what..?

We have some clients without any azure or o365 licenses. So no adfs, Exchange, share point or whatever. But of course they love powerbi and would like to use it. Will a pro license be sufficient when they want to create workgroups within powerbi. As I recall when creating a workgroup within powerbi it will create a sharepoint site, onedrive space and email address/calender. Will this all be available when the only license they have is powerbi pro??

One more question. Same scenario as above. Client signed up with 10 corporate email addresses, activated the 60 day pro trail. They are now able to share dashboards (great). What will happen after 60 days, how can I turn the trial licenses into real licenses. Do they already have an admin center? The only thing they did so far is sign up 10 account via app.powerbi.com. They did not intentionally create a tenant. ..as you can see. Me and my client are amazed that they can already collaborate, but are also confused what the next step should be.

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.. Kind regards Wouter Kessener

@Wouter, Yes, you're right that groups are only available with Power BI Pro. And just as you mentioned, you can work with Power BI groups with Office 365 group services, like sharing files on OneDrive for Business, conversations in Exchange, calendar, tasks. However, it will not create a SharePoint site.

After 60 days trail, you can either choose to extend your trial period for 60 more days or purchase Power BI Pro.

You can check the following two articles for more detailed information:
