power bi service, slicers need to retain the state

My user who uses my report has asked me to check if he makes a particular selection on a slicer, will that selection stay every day until he changes, so I tried the experiment, I created a slicer in powerbi desktop, published it, then from powerbi service, I made a selection from slicer, then logged off, however when I log back, my selection on the slicer was gone.,.

Question: Is there a way we can retain the selection on slicer in powerbi ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

After my testing, you could retain the state of slicer. However, there is a prerequisite: you couldn't sign out at report page directly, you need to quit report first(For example, click the workspace name).
