power bi desktop report not in sync with service

Hi,

  I have created a power BI report in the desktop where the source is an excel fill in onedrive for business, I published the report to app.powerbi.com , which is then displayed on MS Teams .

  When I change the excel and refresh the desktop client , the report is updated correctly but then I refresh the service and MSTeams still shows the old value.

  I tried to "schedule refresh" daily but the "refresh history" link does not shwo any scheduled refresh.

  Please advise .

Hi there,

Did you connect to the file directly in Power BI Desktop, or did you import it from OneDrive for Business into your Power BI Desktop file?

If it has not refreshed have you installed and configured the On-Premise Data Gateway?
