power bi audit log using power bi rest api

Hi 

I am trying to use https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-auditing. 

I get the following error "403Forbidden" when I use postman. 

I am using the Basic Authentication using the username/password. This user has "Power BI admin" role.

Can someone please give me idea of how should i use this api to extract power bi audit log data.
