I have 5 published apps in same workspace in power bi service but I want to restrict to specific group of user to view the app. Is there a permission setting for this?

example app 1-3 is for users A v iewing, and apps 4&5 is for user B viewing

Hi  @Rosabella ,

For one workspace, you can only publish one app,you can publish 5 times, but finally you will only get one app.And for each workspace, you can only set one kind of permission for access, which will also applied for the related app.

Here is the reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps

But for workarounds, you can make copies of reports to different workspaces, then you can publish different apps, which will have different access permission.

Kelly

"I have 5 published apps in same workspace"

No, you don't. One workspace = One app.  If you have diverse audience groups you need separate apps.
