We get our data with oData to powerBI. To do this we use a parameter with an authentication key. This key is valid for 1 month.
When the key isn't valid anymore, i get a refresh error. I understand that.
Then i replace the value of the parameter with an new key-value. Now i get the error that the references of the datasets can't be set.
It works allright in the desktop version. A new publish with the new key doesn't solve the problem. I have to remove the report in the service and republish it again. But now nobody that i shared the report with can see it anymore and i have to reshare it again.
Please help
Hi @htacke
Please try to go to Data source setting to clear permissions and then republish. If it is not your case, you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
