Hi, this message is proposed to me when I try to update the data with the standard gateway. I've also tried with other reports, but they do not work. If I do a test on the gateway, it responds correctly. Saprestate give some advice? Thank you very much

Could you please describe your issue more specifically ? Also you can read the online ducument  about the gateway.
