issue related to export to PDF at server side

Hi Guys....I need your help. I have created one power bi report which has about 40 metrics in view with each one having its own drill down graph and drill down table. For each i have created bookmark for each metrics when we click on one metrics corresponding bookmarks open. When I try to export this report at service side to PDF the view is not not proper it shows overlapping of charts and tables for many metrics on each other. Actually i want the view clear as it looks in server side . Please help me with proper solution to overcome with this issue. Business need this functionality at any cost.

Hi @Anonymous ,

This might be happening probably because of placement of your metrics/visalizations. Usually the PDF is exported in with the current bookmark only. You will need to re-check the visuals hiding and showing in bookmark.

May be there is a scenario that overlapping vizes are actually showing in that bookmark but hidden because of selection order and background color.

Also, you can create a support ticket with MS here if everything fails.

Give a thumbs up if this post helped you in any way and mark this post as solution if it solved your query !!!
