importing from mac to power bi service problems

I have reformatted my excel workbook as a table and gone through the import process numerous times trying to adjust different things but the data just isn't importing. Has anyone else had issues importing from a Mac to Power BI or is this a formatting issue on my end?

When you say importing from a Mac, do you mean an Excel file formatted on a Mac?

Yes, that’s correct an excel file formatted for a Mac.
