Yes, same issue. All online dashboards and reports are not loading. Desktop is fine. Republishing does not resolve the issue.

This appears to be the issue we are experiencing.
"Power BI users may experience issues loading reports created based on datasets published via Power BI Service Live Connection feature from Desktop. While engineers are working on a fix to prevent this issue from occurring, we recommend that users refrain from deleting reports created using this feature. Next update @ 04/05/2018 22:00 UTC."
