Hi. In order to change a title dynamically you can go under formatting options in a visualization. The title might have a small button next to the text like "fx". That one will let you configure a function like conditional formating. You can use a DAX Measure like:

Matrix Dynamic Title =
CONCATENATE(
    "Matrix until: ", FORMAT ( MAX (Tabla[Date]), "d-MMM-YYYY")
)

Once you have the measure just add it in the fx menu formatting by "field value" and selecting the measure.

You can read more about this here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-conditional-format-visual-titles

Don't forget to check the Limitations on the bottom.

I hope that helps,
