how to automate refresh of data then visualisation

I have a PowerBi Report which is drawing data via a web query.  We are looking to automatically refresh the data (that is ok), and then refresh the visualisation.  the report is being used as a staff "dashboard/warboard".

I'm not sure I can direct connect the query so I cannot set page refresh.

I am drawing data from Netsuite.  We have created a report which is supplied as a webquery which loads in Excel.  I am using "Import data from a web page" to execute the query.

I have no problem refreshing the data 3 or 4 times/day, but need to refresh the visualisation.
