how can I get Pro version Support? I can´t connect to Dynamics Database

I have he Pro version and suppose to have online support, I just can't find where.

 I have the Pro version I supposed to have immediate support, I just can't find where

I haven’t been able to import data from Dynamics through Power BI, I do connect, but suddenly it says it hasn’t been able to import data of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Would you help resolve it?
