how can I check the power bi service (web) status?

usually when I publish a new report, it takes 10-20 sec to publish in the service. In the last 2 hours I struggle to publish anything. because its constantly running. is it normal? how can I check if the error is my side? or is it the network connection? ( the report not big size around 10MB)

I also tried to view my published report, on the service, but I only see white blank pages and the loading sign.

I tried to restart my computer and choose different browser.

is there any way to eliminate the network error?how can I identify the problem? is it my network connection or not?

thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

1.If your dataset contains only on premise data source, then it needs to use the gateway and configure schedule refresh, see more: :On-premises data gateway , Configure scheduled refresh .

2.If your dataset contains not only the cloud data source(such as SharePoint on line, One Drive etc.), but also the on premise data source, then it needs to use the gateway and configure schedule refresh. Note that you also need to select Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster option Under Gateway Cluster Settings. See: Merge or append on-premises and cloud data sources.

Or you may try to upgrade the gateway to latest version(if a gateway is used in your scenario).
