grant access for application to incorporate in sharepoint Page

Hi evryone !

I try to incorporate my PBI report into sharepoint page but the end users still dont have access , they get "the content is not available" on their page sharepoint.error.PNG

I did what is mentionned in the site bellow

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-embed-report-spo#grant-access-to-reports

-creating the app with premium capacity

-set install the app automatically for the group of users

-publish the app

-get the url of the report in the app and incorporate in share point page

-assign free power bi licences to my end users ( they never log to power BI ) (my administrator of Office 365 who did this)

now the problem that the users get "the content is not available" , but once when they log to power bi in the applications installed on office 365 case they have access .

I really dont know what should I do  !!!!!!

@Anonymous ,

Have you assigned the app workspace to a dedicated capacity(premium capacity)?

Hello @v-yuta-msft ,

Yes I dit , I created the workspace qith a capacity premium after that , I publish the app .

Now My users if they dont log to power bi in first they can't have acces to the PBI report in Sharepoint , but I can't force my end users to log to power BI service in first time.
