gatway not working with mapped drives

Hi 

get an error when trying to auto refreshed a reprot that has a mapped drive. i have changed the it from a drive letter to the actual path of the server but it does not seem to work.

I have some questions.

1. What is the error message?

2. Which data source are you using?

3. If it is an-onpremise data-source, you need to configure schedual refresh with a data gateway 

4. Have you configured data source definitions in 'Manage Gateway' and mapped them to the corresponding dataset correctly?
