gateway personal mode server

Hello,

I have set up gateway on my windows server 2012. I m logged in with success and when my automatic refresh  comes in there is no error, but really is not refreshing. Its a ghost entrie and no data is updated.

Do I need to add something on my server? there is not destkop on my server etc
