extracting user id from Azure AD while user logged into power bi online service

we wanted to explore if there is any way using which we can extract User id from Azure AD while user logged in into Power BI online service to see dashboard, that way we want to identify users and implient RLS.

Yes you can do this by creating a measure.

For example the measure would be:

Logged in User = USERPRINCIPALNAME()

Then put this measure into a Card Visual

Then pin the Card Visual to your dashboard.

When the user logs in it will give you their UPN

Hi USERPRINCIPALNAME() gives mail id but user has windows user id which is captured in Azure AD we want to extract that information while user is login into power bi service
