When my organisation upgraded their IT systems to office 365 (after the May 3rd price restructure), indirectly new accounts were created for all those users that were using power BI earlier. under the same emails wiping our data which was fortunately backed up.
However, this nullified those users' offer of a 365 day trial of Power BI Pro, and left us with only 60 days. As a trial user, I can't get onto support to see if they can reinstate the extended free trial.
The company still requires time to review power BI - it's going well but could do with continueing a trial at least until the new year. I am worried that the work is going to slip between the cracks as a result of peoples trials ending so soon. Can anyone suggest an approach?
