errors refreshing datasets

Hi,

I have several dataset and some of them, randomnly, with no clear logi, 5do not "refresh" since last thursday

The only information that there is avaible in app.powerbi.com is, in example the following:

Hide
On demand17/6/2019 9:42:1817/6/2019 9:42:19FailedUnable to connect to the data source undefined.
Cluster URI:WABI-EUROPE-NORTH-B-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID:23f684d3-8e60-41e9-9f56-2ace893b7991
Request ID:545da60b-0548-6a7a-5fd3-1935524cee12
Time:2019-06-17 07:42:19Z

I have checked that the gateway is working properly, so, how could I get to know some more information about where the is the issue?

I am a powerbi PRO user, so I may use "Activity ID" or "Request ID" to get some more information?

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply,

Could you give more information regarding step 3

3. Please try to recreate your data source under "Manage Gateway", then edit the credential in Dataset setting before you excute a refresh.

Not sure how to do it

Thanks,

hi, @jondiaphanum

1. Please try to download the pbix file and refresh it in power bi desktop, if it could refresh well.

2. Please update the gateway and try it again.

3. Please try to recreate your data source under "Manage Gateway", then edit the credential in Dataset setting before you excute a refresh.

If it still doesn't work, please create a support ticket with Activity ID and Request ID provided.

Since you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
