enterprise data gateway actualization

Hello all,

we have problem with automatic actualization of our datasets. Even though enterprise data gateway seems to be set up correctly actualization doesn't go of. We got failure message as below. Any ideas where could be problem?

When you go into your Manage Gateways settings in your Power BI Web, you have the ability to check each connection.  Do you successfully connect using the User/Pass in that section?  Has the password changed since you last updated this gateway?

@AnonymousThanks for reply. Yes, user can check connection that way and connection status is succesful. We can actually manage to succesfully actualize connection under one account, but all other account don't work. Even though they have same settings in Data gateway and they're all administrator accounts.

Hi @mvyskala,

I'd like to suggest you try to use SSMS connect to AS datasource with the account which you failed to setup datasource.

It will be help for troubleshooting if you share some detail information about this issue.

In addition, is this gateway install in the same device as the database? If they are in different devices, you can check the setting betweens these devices first.
