The display of numeric felds (and dates, times etecetera) depends on your Regional Settings. It can be changed in Power BI Desktop or in Windows (Land/Region). You need to close and reopen your pbix file after changing the Regional Settings.
In Power BI you can also change your language settings to influence the display format for published reports.

Does the format change for you or for the person viewing the report on the service? Number formats are controlled by the user's settings, not necessarily by yours. If you want to fix them you may need to hard code them with FORMAT()
