Hi,
I am new to Power BI, I am creating a clustered chart with where the data is to display based on Program name, the columns should show the Total registrations where attendee registered = "Yes" and Total attended where registrations="Yes" and "No".
The first condition is met but I am not able to display the total attended with the condition specified. It is taking the condition as yes for both columns. Please advise if anyone has a solution for this and how I can change this.
Posting sample data below.
Program Name | Attendee Registered | Total Registered | Total Attended |
PR1 | Yes | 15 | 3 |
PR1 | Yes | 15 | 5 |
PR1 | No | 0 | 3 |
PR1 | No | 0 | 1 |
PR1 | Yes | 15 | 4 |
PR1 | No | 0 | 0 |
PR2 | Yes | 10 | 7 |
PR2 | Yes | 10 | 4 |
PR2 | Yes | 10 | 5 |
PR2 | No | 0 | 1 |
PR2 | No | 0 | 7 |
PR2 | Yes | 10 | 7 |
PR2 | No | 0 | 3 |
PR2 | Yes | 10 | 5 |

Hi, @Shaad_Khan
Try to create measures as below:
Total_registrations_registered_yes =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table'[Total Registered] ),
FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Attendee Registered] = "Yes" )
)
Total attended_registrations_yes_no =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table'[Total Attended] ),
FILTER (
'Table',
'Table'[Attendee Registered] = "Yes"
|| 'Table'[Attendee Registered] = "No"
)
)
If it doesn't meet your requirement,please share more details and your expected result.
Best Regards,
