choroplethe map with pie charts

Hi everyone,

My goal is to create a map with a shape file or a geojson, and with this file, i want to create chorplethe AND pie chart per region. And i have to publish this. I try to do it with python, but basemap package is unavailable for the published report. Anyone have an idea?
