Hi all,
We are evolving with alerts and Flow is quite helping but I have some questions remaining.
I would like to get time alerts for each machine and the type of downtime related, which I can easily visualize thanks to multiple rows card (but they don't allow alerts yet : PBI ideas).
-is there any way to display time in a "day hh:mm" format and have an alert on it, because in my understanding text cannot be triggered
or
-have a total minutes (whole number) being triggered and then in the alert message have it formatted as "day hh:mm".
-is there any way that I can get the type information , which I didn't see any way of linking to the card
-is there any Flow connector that would allow multi users notifications (as Power BI does not allow it (yet: PBI ideas)) ?
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Julie

Hi @julieTE,
Current power bi only support setting alert interval and condition value.
>>-is there any way that I can get the type information , which I didn't see any way of linking to the card
No, current you can't edit on alert message.
>>-is there any Flow connector that would allow multi users notifications (as Power BI does not allow it
You can try to setting user group as the notice receiver to alert multiple users. (power bi not support direct send notice to multi users)

Hi there,
I would still like to combine 2 types of information on an alert, any help would be appreciated.
Otherwise I have also been wondering lately if this improvement could be coded with R ?
(Or is it limited to visualization ? )
Best regards,
Julie

Thank you.
This solutions works because you're choosing to use Outlook which allows multi email addresses.
I would prefer mobile/push notifications such as https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/shared_flowpush/notifications/
