cannot refresh dataset Processing errorThe credential stored in the cloud is missing.

does someone knows how to help me with this message to refreshing my dataset?

click on the dataset and select Schedule Refresh. On the Schedule Refresh page you should have a section for credentials. Select that section and then click edit beside the source. Re-enter your credentials and give it another go.

This has happened to me in the past when I updated my gateway.

I'm still having issues.  My data is coming from SharePoint Online Lists.  I've been selecting oAuth2 for my authentication method and no matter what I do, it always fails.  Any other suggestions?

 

I continue to get "Processing error The credential stored in the cloud is missing" error message.
