cancel pro licence?

I can not see anywhere to cancel my pro licence? Anyone know where to look?

Hi there

You can do this in the Office 365 Admin Portal.

It might depend on your current licensing but in the Office 365 Admin portal is where you can purchase and cancel licenses.

HI @Pmorg73,

Currently, you can't manage power bi pro license by yourself.  I think you need to contact your tenant admin to modify them on the office admin portal. (account -> account detail information panel -> subscriptions)

Manage subscription licenses 

Add, change, or delete a subscription advisor partner

as they say in the film "were that it were so simple"

 

Got our IT bods to check our company portal and there are no pro licenses in there. I started the licence myself with a company credit card, but I can not find anywhere in power BI to cancel it. suggestions?

When I go into my Office 365 Admin Portal and go to my user account I can see my Power BI Pro license

 My IT people say they can not alter the settings. I believe it is because I created the account with acompany credit card. How do i contact MS to sort this out? not finding anything in Google

How did you sign up for the Power BI Pro license?

I would suggest repeating those steps and you could see where you could then cancel?

I signed up through the web site and a company credit card I think.

 

In the end I raised a ticket with MS. My external IT dept then used the info they supplied and my log in info to sort it in the O365 portal.
