can change my registered application on power bi

i whant to chnage some premmission on my app.

here - https://dev.powerbi.com/apps. 

written that: "Once created, you can make any subsequent changes to your app details via the Azure Management Portal."

but i dont have subscription to azure....

after many research i found it on my office365 account into "more apps",

but when i click on the app - nothing happen, there is response  but the page is blank.

You can click view all my apps, then click my profile>view my account>APP Permissions.
