If the user has a long list of reports/datasets in one workspace, functionality exists to scroll down as expected.
eg. user can scroll down three screens.
If the user switches to a different workspace with less items in the list, the expected behaviour is to revert to the top of the list.
What actually happens is that the user cannot see any items/reports/datasets because the UI is displaying the items from a non-existent third vertical screen in the list of items.
This is confusing for users accessing workspaces with a large number of items.
Workspaces with a large number of items are likely correlated with paying users.

Hi @MyNameHere,
Could you provide some screenshots to show us the problem more clearly?
As I have never encountered this problem and I was not able to reproduce it. Have you tried to log on service with a different browser? Does this problem occur to all users?
Personally, I think you could create a support ticket for further analysis.
