Users are getting a blank page while trying to open a dashboard from the shared invite email, but they are able to open using the dahsboard link when manually shared.

2. Is it the new App workspace or the old App workspace?

A.We tried with multpile users , all the browsers , private browising as well.
2. Is it the new App workspace or the old App workspace?
A.Its an old workspace

A.No error messages , just a blank screen.

Sometimes I can reproduce this issue. I have reported it to the Product Team: 85611972. I will update the progress here later.
The workaround is that logging in the user account first before opening the link.

Hi Dale (@v-jiascu-msft) - please elaborate on its been fixed as I am having the same issue described on this chain of posts with my dashboard (no app used - published directly into a premium workspace). My company only allows an older desktop version (June 2018 I think?) - so if the fix is in the publishing from an updated Power BI desktop program then I need to know that so I can push my IT to certify and update to a newer version.
