behavior of calculate inside another calculate

Hello everyone, given these two measures:

Measure1 = CALCULATE(CALCULATE(SUM([column]); Filter 1; Filter 2 ); Filter 3; Filter 4 ) 
Measure2 = CALCULATE(SUM([column]); Filter 1; Filter 2; Filter 3; Filter 4 )

Why do I obtain different results?
