aws external table, cannot see report in service

I have an aws external table that I am able to use it in power bi desktop and see the data with no issues, problem is when i publish it to workspace and then try to open it in the service, i get below 2 errors, this is a live report, how to resolve this issue please let me know

This error may be because you did not configure the credentials for the dataset or the credentials have expired. I suggest that you update the credentials for the dataset. Refer to this documents:

there is a whitepaper from Amazon AWS how to use Power BI Desktop and Service with AWS.

From page 14-17 they describe the setup for Power BI Service:
