arcgis pins bookmark

I am working on a dashboard using the ArcGis map visual and have two queries I'm hoping somebody can help with:

1. Does anybody know of a way to add pins to a map without typing them out one by one?

2. If a user wants to drop a pin for the attention of a colleague, is there a way of sharing the report with pins similar to the bookmark function? Outside of saving new versions of the report I have not being able to solve this

Any help greatly appreciated!

Current you can only manually typing to add pins.

Current arcgis visual not contains bookmark features, I also test with power bi bookmark feature but it seem not support save arcgis pins.

In my opinion, I'd like to suggest submit these requirements to ideas forum to improve arcgis map visual.
