You can't schedule refresh for this dataset because the following data sources currently don't suppo

The Two data sources I am using currently For My Report 

1.Dataflow

2. Vertica DB (On-Premises Gateway)

Datasource Mode is Import Mode. 

Pls, tell me how Can I schedule refresh My Dataset also Mannul refresh is not Working.

What datasource you are using in dataflow? And are you passing any parameter in queries?

I would think that your gateway is not set up to refresh both on-prem and cloud data sources, if you could confirm that you have got the following configured on your Gateway in the Power BI Service
