Workspace not visible to owner

I've published a pbix file for a customer under their login into a newly created workspace that was created specifically for my pbix file. That user then shared access of the workspace to another user and everything was great.

Fast-forward two months and now the owner of the workspace can't see it on the Power BI service, except when publishing from Power BI Desktop, yet the user he shared access with can see it just fine.

Has anyone else seen this before?

Hi @harrisben ,

Could you have checked if the owner has access with the workspace or checked if there has any other operations with the user? If the user has been deleted or blacked for your organization?
