Workspace missing from Assign Workspace to Premium Capacity

When I am attempting to add a workspace to our premium capacity, the workspace is not appearing in the list of workspaces to add.  Although it doesn't matter, I am a member of this workspace and I can see this in my list of Workspaces.  There have been reports\datasets published to ths workspace.  This space was created at the same time as 5 other workspaces and I was able to add the other 5 workspaces to our premium capacity with no issues.

 

Why can I not see the workspace in the Assign Workspaces to Premium Capacity screen?

Hi @Bob_0521,

 

There are two ways for us to assign a workspace to a capacity: in the admin portal; and from an app workspace.

 

It seems that you assign the capacity in the admin portal.

 

Have you tried with assigning the capacity from app workspace?

Based on your information, you only have problems when you assign the capacity to the specific app workspace. You could create another app workspace and try to assign the capacity to it to test if you only have problems with that specific one.
