Hi, @Varun511

You can see the Update app button in the upper right corner of the workspace, and you can install app for them automatically.

With apps, whenever you upadate the app, the users either get a notification or automatically see the changes. You can controls how often the data is scheduled to refresh.

Hi, @Varun511

The workaround is to remove them from the workspace, then select the reports or dashboards to allow access to, publish an app, and finally grant them access.

Hi @Varun511

Currently everyone who has access to the App Workspace can see all the reports. You will have to create another App Workspace for the users to see only those reports.
