Works in Desktop but Blank in Service

I have visualizations (matrix and column charts) that work in desktop mode but when published (and refreshed) rows are summed into a blank label. It worked fine a week ago and no changes were made. When published, the data shows as it should momentarily but then becomes blank and a sumation of the rows if the page refreshes. Everything else in the report publishes as expected.

Example Desktop:

Row Name	Value1	Value2	Value3
Row1	123	456	789
Row2	987	654	321
Row3	123	456	789

Example Service:

Row Name	Value1	Value2	Value3
(Blank)	1233	1368	1701
Row1	0	0	0
Row2	0	0	0
Row3	0	0	0

Can you confirm that you have the latest version of the Gateway installed?

@GilbertQ Yes, the gateway connection is current and status is 'running'.

I am not sure exactly what is going on there then... As long as you have got the latest version installed it should refresh successfully.

Can you confirm that there are NO filters on the visual?
