Windows 10 Mobile App - annotations

Hello,

im having touble finding where I can annotate and email a report page on Service whilst on the Windows mobile app using a surface pro on tablet mode. 

Ive tried the android app on my mobile phone and this feature is there. Is it actually not available in the Windows app?
