Hi, @Galat198 

What’s your data connection mode, import, direct query or live connect? You can only set the scheduled refresh for the dataset which is using import mode. You should also install and run the on-premise gataway for Power BI to set scheduled refresh for the on-premise data source. You can take a look at this document to check what’s your problem:
