Hi @giuliapiazza94 ,

The Tenant Administrator is your O365 Administrator.  You will need to contact that group or person to tell you whom they have assigned as the Administrator of Power BI if that is whom you are looking to know.

Hey @giuliapiazza94 ,

If you are using Bing maps, I have noticied that sometimes you have to sign into Bing (yes, in your browser, separately from Power BI) and then the maps work.  Give that a try and let us know.
