Where should I report an outage?

There are many times that my reports can't load and I check the support page, it is showing "running smoothly". 

 

  • How frequent is the support page updated? 
  • How should I know if it is not just a problem on my end, but an outage? [Most of the time I just waited a couple hours and retry to find everything worked again.] 
  • Where should I report if it is an outage?

HI @KFP,

 

If you mean known issue, you can send a support ticket to contact to power bi team to get more support.

For outage, you can check refresh history and logs.  Normally, power bi will show the error messages with error code.(400 is related http request , 500 related server )

 

If error message show 'can't reached to gateway or gateway is offline', I think you need to contact to staff to check your device.
