Where is the Format Tab on Power Bi Online?

Where is the Format tab when editing a report on Power Bi online? 

I cant seem to find any of the functionality such as 'Bring to Front' or 'Align'.

I would be happy to edit the report on desktop but as far as I can tell, when I download, edit and publish again it appears I have to repin all the tiles to the related dashboard.

Am I missing something obvious......?

HI @Rebecca,

I don't think it will be possible to show format tab on power bi service.
Current most of edit features only available on desktop.
