Where is the Application Insights app?

When I serve within Power BI >Get Data > Services, I do not have an Application Insights app under my organization or all apps. I also do not see it in appsource.microsoft.com. I have seen videos online where others have been able to select it from the appsource model in Power BI. Why can I not see it?
